These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and the developer of Remodel AI ("we", "our", "us"). They govern your use of the Remodel AI mobile app and the services behind it (the "Service").
By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Remodel AI uses artificial intelligence to help you imagine and plan your home. With it you can:
Results are created by third-party AI models, including OpenAI's. AI results vary, can contain mistakes, and are not guaranteed to match your photo, drawing or description.
A small number of free AI designs, free floor plans and a free walk-through to try the app. Some styles, tools and templates are Pro only, and free AI pictures carry a small watermark.
All styles, tools and templates, more designs and floor plans, the 3D walk-through, and pictures without a watermark.
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, weekly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat.
Your content: you keep all rights to the photos, drawings and text you put into the app ("Your Content"). You give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process Your Content only to provide the Service to you (for example, to send it to the AI that creates your design). We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
Results: as between you and us, you may use the designs, plans, 3D models and pictures the app creates for you ("Results") for your own personal purposes, including sharing them on social media and using them as inspiration for your home. You may not sell Results or use them commercially without our written consent. Because Results are made by AI, others may receive similar results, and we cannot promise that a Result is unique or protected by copyright.
Your responsibility: only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or content that infringes anyone else's rights.

You can report any picture in the app. We may review reports and may suspend or block use of the Service, without refund, if these rules are broken.
The app and the Service, including the software, design, logos, the name Remodel AI, the example pictures, templates and 3D models, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by law. Some 3D furniture models are made by other creators and used under their licences; they are listed on the Credits page in the app's Settings.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple App Store or Google Play terms. If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, please contact us at umairkhalidsidd@gmail.com.
Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
Your designs are stored only on your phone. We are not responsible for designs lost when you delete them, delete the app or lose your phone; please save the ones you want to keep.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELYING ON RESULTS FOR BUILDING, RENOVATION OR PURCHASES.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$10, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app (remember to cancel any subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or stop offering the Service. If we stop offering the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice where possible. Sections 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply after your use ends.
We may update these Terms when the app or the law changes. We will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and tell you in the app about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where you live as a consumer, and any dispute may be brought before the courts that the law of your country allows.
Apple users: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
