Unlimited generations, all styles, HD exports, and priority processing.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of photos and images you upload to KitchenAi ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., generating design results).
Generated Content: AI-generated design results ("Generated Content") are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or other brand identifiers without our prior written consent.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

You agree that any claim against KitchenAi must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, otherwise it is permanently barred.
