- Payment and subscription data from RevenueCat (we never store payment card details)
- Analytics data from Apple and Google app stores

- Generate AI-powered kitchen design images from your photos
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process in-app purchases and manage your subscription

AI Processing: Images submitted for design generation are processed via OpenAI's API solely to produce design results. They are not used to train AI models. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for details on their data handling.

- Service Providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate the Service (e.g., OpenAI for image generation, RevenueCat for subscription management, cloud storage providers)

- With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent
All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Your design images and results are stored locally on your device and optionally in secure cloud storage tied to your account. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
Note: No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we employ commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
KitchenAi offers premium features through in-app subscriptions managed by RevenueCat. When you make a purchase:
- Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We do not receive or store your credit card or payment method details
- RevenueCat securely manages subscription status and entitlements
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store / Play Store settings
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")

KitchenAi is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our mobile app does not use browser cookies. However, we may use similar tracking technologies such as:
