Object Counter is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle. We believe that your counting activities, images, and results should remain private and under your control.

Types of Data Collected

None. This Application does not collect any data from users, including but not limited to:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Images or photos processed by the app
• Counting results or project data
• Usage statistics or analytics
• Device information or identifiers
• Location data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data

We do not use any analytics services (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or similar tools) or any other method to collect information on app usage, crashes, session duration, or user behavior.

Data Processing and Sharing

Application Functionality

The core functionality of Object Counter—the counting and tracking of objects in images—is designed to minimize privacy impact and maximize user control:

• Local Processing: All image processing and counting operations are performed locally on your device.
• No Server Storage: We do not receive, transmit, or store any images, counts, or resulting data generated during your use of the application.
• Your Data Stays Yours: All project data, counting results, and images remain exclusively on your device and under your control.

Third-Party Services

Object Counter may integrate with certain third-party services for specific features:

• AI Scanning (Optional): If you choose to use AI-powered object detection features, image data may be temporarily processed by OpenAI's Vision API. This data is not stored by us or the third-party service after processing is complete.
• In-App Purchases: Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store and RevenueCat. These services have their own privacy policies governing transaction data.

No Data Sharing

Since we collect no data, we have no data to share with any third parties. We do not collect or share:

• Personal data or identifiable information
• Face data or biometric information
• Location information
• Device or usage information
• Any other sensitive information

Your privacy is 100% protected.

Data Security

Since the Application collects zero data from users, there is no user data on our servers for us to secure. All data you generate while using Object Counter remains stored locally on your device, protected by your device's security measures.

We recommend that you:

• Keep your device secured with a passcode or biometric authentication
• Regularly back up your device to prevent data loss
• Only share your device with trusted individuals

User Rights

As we collect no personal data from users, there is no need for specific requests regarding:

• Data rectification
• Data deletion
• Data portability
• Data processing restrictions

You can be assured that your information and activity remain completely private. If you choose to delete the app from your device, all locally stored data will be removed according to your device's operating system protocols.

Children's Privacy

Object Counter does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no data at all, the app is safe for users of all ages. However, we recommend parental supervision for younger users.
