• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Payment Processing: Managed by Apple/Google, not by us directly

5.2 Free Trial (if offered)

• Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
• You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Only one free trial per user/account

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel anytime through App Store/Play Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Official USCIS civics test questions and answers are in the public domain and obtained from official U.S. government sources. We do not claim ownership of this public domain content.

6.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 "AS IS" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using this App will result in passing the USCIS citizenship test. Test results depend on individual study, preparation, and other factors beyond our control.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
