In short: this is an independent creative tool, not an Instagram product. You own what you make with it, you're responsible for having the right to use the content you put into it, and the app is provided as-is.
By downloading or using Feed Preview ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Feed Preview is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social platform. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe what the app is compatible with. The app cannot publish to any platform on your behalf: it prepares your post and hands the media to the platform's own composer, where you complete the post yourself. Your use of any platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
You may use the app to create, edit and prepare content that you own or otherwise have permission to use. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for the content you create and where you publish it.
You keep all rights to your content. Your photos, videos and projects stay on your device — we do not claim any licence over them, and we cannot access them. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
The AI features generate images, captions and hashtags from the prompts you write, using third-party AI services. Because of how these models work:
The app may offer a paid Pro tier that unlocks additional features. Where purchases are offered, they are processed by Apple or Google, and their billing terms, renewal rules and refund policies apply. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not receive or store your payment details.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering the app or any feature at any time. Features that depend on third-party services (such as AI generation) may be unavailable or interrupted at times outside our control.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that results will meet your expectations. You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content, profits, followers or business, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own backups of anything important — content stored only in the app is lost if you delete the app.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to features if you use them in a way that breaks these Terms or the law.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
